Welcome! My name is Alex Anderson and I'm a filmmaker! I'm from Kansas City, Missouri but I am currently living in Los Angeles after having graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Film, Photography and Visual Arts.

 

I have worked on a number of student productions including the role as assistant director on a film called "Dead Weight" which is on Amazon Prime. I also held an internship with the Ithaca Voice in which I captured buoyant festivals and delicious new dishes. 

 

 I was a member of DKA Cinematic Society for all four years of college and held positions such as Documentarian and Industry Education. I put on several workshops in coordination with professors and other resources to help teach others about the industry.

For my last semester at college, I studied abroad in LA where I interned at a production company called Future You Media. I was also an intern/assistant as well as a PA on an upcoming Blumhouse production.

Currently I am a freelance office PA at Film 45 in Santa Monica. My personal goal is to collaborate on passionate projects with hard-working individuals and participate in the greatest platform of storytelling.
